The Greek idea of cooking is more a social than a culinary experience. It is simple cooking, which is in harmony with the climate. This does not mean that food is not good. They love fish baked on carbon or horiatiki salad (mixed salad, which is swimming in olive oil with feta cheese and black olives). The main meal in Greece is the midday meal. Most prepared dishes that are baked in the oven already that morning. At evening, however, it only served still warm and limp.
A typical Greek meal is made up of starters and main dishes of the attachments. Usually, the restaurant does not get desert other than fresh fruit or yogurt.
Desserts
You can find them in pastry shop and some better cafes.

Wine
Greek wine is still quite unknown in the rest of the world. For them, there are grape varieties for which we haven’t yet heard. Most wine is oxidized. Greek Oenology climbs and because of climatic conditions, types of interesting wine and excellent results, the future of producers of wines seems promising.
